This case series presents three patients with scrub typhus, highlighting diverse clinical manifestations such as fever, arthritis, meningoencephalitis, respiratory involvement, thrombocytopenia, and renal dysfunction. Diagnostic challenges stem from varied symptoms and absence of eschar. All patients responded well to doxycycline therapy. The report emphasizes the importance of considering scrub typhus in endemic areas, especially among patients with prolonged fever and atypical presentations, and advocates for early diagnosis and treatment to prevent severe complications and improve outcomes.
