The data collected in this study were then compiled in a qualitative study. The results of this study indicate that the Performance Implementation of the North Kalimantan Provincial the Labor and Transmigration Office in the Implementation of Duties and Functions of the Employment Sector reflects the principles put forward by David Devries et al (2009) in his theory. In order to measure the performance of employees of the North Kalimantan Provincial the Labor and Transmigration Office, researchers used the performance theory according to David Devries et al which states that in measuring performance there are 3 (three) approaches. The results of this study show that there are still some shortcomings, especially in terms of program realization which often depends on budget approval from the regional executive. However, in terms of approach, The Labor and Transmigration Office has established cross-sector forums such as tripartite institutions and apprenticeship forums that function effectively in decision-making and coordination. The existing organizational structure and work system have supported a clear division of roles and responsibilities in accordance with their respective main tasks and functions (tupoksi). Inter-sectoral synergy is also well established, thus supporting the implementation of overall employment policies and programs.
