Aim of the Research: The nexus of consumer behaviour and sustainable consumption, particularly the impact of education, is a critical area of research given the growing importance of sustainability in combating environmental challenges. Green sustainable Management is important in addressing global challenges such as climate change, resource depletion etc. Businesses and organisations that adopt sustainable management practices not only contribute to a healthier planet and society but also enhance their reputation, reduce risks and create long-term value for their stakeholders. Creating long term value for customers in the context of green Sustainable Management involves delivering products and services that meet their needs and preferences while minimising negative impacts on the environment. This includes using eco- friendly materials. Customers benefit from knowing that their purchases have minimal negative impact on the environment, contributing to their environmental consciousness and satisfaction. This study explores the intersection of consumer behaviour and sustainable consumption, focusing on the role of education in shaping purchasing decisions for sustainable products. As environmental concerns become more pressing, understanding how education influences consumer choices can provide valuable insights into promoting sustainable consumption patterns.
Conclusion: This research investigates the impact of consumer education on the awareness, attitudes, and behaviour related to sustainable product purchases. Through surveys method, we examine how knowledge about sustainability affects consumer preferences and willingness to buy eco-friendly products.
