One of the most important functions of the fuel tank in the automotive industry is to transport gasoline to the engine and to provide it with fuel. The goal of the design optimization efforts that are being undertaken in this research is to provide a more effective fuel tank mounting bracket for commercial vehicles. The design of the bracket that will be used to install the fuel tank is a component of this project that calls for geometry and finite element modeling. For analysis, the Optistruct solver was used, while Hypermesh was utilized for finite element modeling, and Pro-E was utilized for geometric modeling. The primary objective of this endeavor is to conduct a static assessment of mounting bracket assembly. It is possible that it will be easier to comprehend metal component assemblies with the assistance of the strategies that are offered in this study.
