This study investigates the multidimensional nature of workplace spirituality and its impact on employee well-being, job satisfaction, and organizational performance within Kerala’s rapidly expanding Information Technology (IT) sector. Through a mixed-methods approach involving 450 IT professionals across 15 major IT companies in Kerala, this research examines three core dimensions of workplace spirituality: meaningful work, sense of community, and alignment with organizational values. The quantitative analysis reveals significant positive correlations between workplace spirituality dimensions and employee engagement (r=0.742, p¡0.001), job satisfaction (r=0.689, p¡0.001), and organizational commitment (r=0.721, p¡0.001). Qualitative findings through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews provide deeper insights into how cultural and regional factors specific to Kerala influence spiritual practices in the workplace. The study reveals that organizations with higher workplace spirituality scores demonstrate 23% lower turnover rates, 18% higher productivity metrics, and 31% better employee well-being indicators. This research contributes to the limited literature on workplace spirituality in the Indian IT context and provides practical recommendations for HR practitioners and organizational leaders seeking to foster spiritual workplace environments that enhance both individual and organizational outcomes.
