The role of Emotional Intelligence (EI) in shaping personal and professional success has gained increasing attention in organizational behavior and psychological studies. This research, titled “A Study on the Dynamics of Emotional Intelligence and Success using a Multi-Dimensional Perspective in Coimbatore”, aims to explore the relationship between EI and success outcomes across different dimensions such as career achievement, interpersonal effectiveness, stress management, and decision-making abilities. A descriptive and exploratory research design was adopted, with a sample size of 311 respondents drawn from three meaningful groups: corporate employees (n=120), postgraduate management students (n=101), and healthcare professionals (n=90) in Coimbatore. Standardized EI scales and success measures were employed to collect primary data, while statistical tools such as correlation, regression, and ANOVA were used for analysis. Findings indicate that higher levels of self-awareness, empathy, and social skills significantly contribute to professional advancement and personal satisfaction across groups, though the weightage of EI components varied by profession. The study underscores the necessity of incorporating EI development into organizational training, academic curricula, and professional practice for holistic growth. By adopting a multi-dimensional perspective, the research provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and business leaders in Coimbatore, with implications for enhancing performance, leadership, and overall well-being.
