Sustainable Growth of Entrepreneurship in Medical Tourism in India: A Holistic Approach

Abstract

This study focuses on employee workplace and demographic predictors to know the employee attitudes and behaviors in IT sector. The findings indicate significant relationships between employee attitude and workplace and demographic factors. The employee attitudes towards work facets include employee participation, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee theft, and employee lateness and employee absenteeism. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. Method involved the use of questionnaire to collect first hand data from one hundred and twenty respondents from the work organization. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between work environment and respondents’ attitude to job.
