We described the study of cost effective Tin based CPVC compound with acid scavenger, to enhance dynamic thermal stability, static stability and extrudate color stability which improves the performance of Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes and fittings. Torque rheometers are used extensively as tools for characterizing the evolution of the feedstock component mixing process and for evaluating the mixture homogeneity and extrudate color stability.
