Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) depends critically on the contributions made by women entrepreneurs to the improvement of social, economic, and environmental situations. Apart from SDGs 1 (No Poverty), 5 (Gender Equality), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), 10 (Reduced Inequalities), and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), their businesses provide employment, support financial inclusion, and thus advance gender equality. Using a mixed-methods approach employing Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), this paper assesses the social, economic, and environmental effects of women-led firms in the private sector of Kerala. Based on the results, women entrepreneurs significantly affect sustainable development by including inclusive company models, supporting gender diversity, and using environmentally friendly methods. Still, challenges including limited finance access and institutional barriers persist. Regulations supporting them, financial incentives, and mentoring programs serve to magnify their effect on sustainability. This study emphasises the significance of supporting women entrepreneurs if we are to reach thorough and fair growth.
