This Literary study has objective of integration between concept of MANAS & Quantum Biology to provide a realistic decodation of the kinetics, dynamics, energetics, operational mechanisms, and interrelations of Manas; considering elevated incidence of mental ailments, especially among younger demography. Findings like ZPF, Non- locality, Entanglement elucidate infamous attributes of Manas, like Dehantargaman, Jatismar, Anutvam, Ekatvam, and quantum velocity. Trigunas seems to be three distinct energy bands operating in body & whole universe.
