Educational Leadership And Its Influence On Art-Based Learning

Abstract

This paper analyzes the art-based learning with an educational leadership in primary and secondary educational institutions. This study seeks into the ways in which leadership decisions in art-based teaching and learning can be fostered to create an environment for artistic development; an environment that galvanizes the tourism planning and management profession to act. Results show that art-basedprogrammers’ effectiveness is greatly increased by transformational and collaborative forms of leadership.
