Abstract

Associations are the core actors in Macau politics, and the associations have a significant influence on public policy-making. This paper attempts to analyze the pattern of association participation in public policy in Macau.The results show that there are two patterns of association participation in public policies in Macau: the insider pattern and the social movement pattern.
