Abstract

Workplace stress has become a pressing challenge in industrial environments due to demanding work schedules, high production targets, and dynamic technological changes. This study examines the role of Human Resource (HR) departments in designing and implementing stress management strategies to enhance employee well-being and organizational productivity. The paper explores common stressors, HR interventions, their effectiveness, and recommendations for strengthening employee support systems. Findings reveal that HR-driven initiatives—including counseling, training, flexible work arrangements, and wellness programs—significantly contribute to reducing stress and improving employee performance.
