This study aimed to ascertain the relationship between resilient and adaptive halal logistics and competitive advantage by developing a theoretical model and identifying its implications in the digital era. It further explores how resilience and adaptability can address operational challenges. This study also suggests avenues for future research to enhance halal logistics practices in Indonesia and globally. This study synthesizes the literature on halal logistics, technology adoption, and competitive advantage to develop a conceptual framework. The theoretical foundation integrates the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to explore how resilience and adaptability influence competitive advantage in the halal logistics sector. This study suggests that halal logistics positively influence the competitive advantages of logistics companies. Additionally, it affirms that technology adoption serves as a moderator, enhancing the relationship between halal logistics and competitive advantage by improving efficiency, transparency, adaptability, and customer trust in logistics. This study synthesizes previously unconnected variables—halal logistics and competitive advantages—and integrates RBV and TAM theories to establish a robust theoretical framework. However, the proposed framework requires further validation through additional empirical research to confirm its applicability and relevance to real-world contexts. Logistics companies can enhance their competitive advantages by integrating halal logistics practices with technology adoption, improving operational efficiency, customer trust, and adaptability to market demands.
