Abstract

This research paper aims to shed light on the relationship of the Environmental Management System with the dimensions of sustainable development by researching how to achieve it.to address this topic, this research paper has been divided into two main axes. through the first axis, some basic concepts about the environmental management system will be presented in terms of its concept, requirements, benefits for business organizations, as well as obstacles that may prevent its application, while the second axis is devoted to showing how the environmental management system contributes to establishing each of the main dimensions of sustainable development.
