Abstract

The development of 21st century learning design helps teachers redesign learning activities to keep up with the current of the times, so that they can produce students who are ready to answer the challenges of the times. To develop 21st-century learning, teachers must embark on one step of change, which is to transform traditional teacher-centered learning patterns into student-centered learning patterns. The purpose of this study is to investigate the adoption behavior of 21st century learning models in the environment of educators in vocational schools from a more comprehensive social and psychological perspective using the framework of Planned Behavior Theory (TPB). The findings show that attitudes towards adoption, subjective norms and perceived control of behavior all play an important role in determining  the intention of accounting teachers. To adopt the pedagogical principles of 21st century learning in learning. Intention is also a significant mediator for the adoption of 21st century learning models in accounting learning
