The Logistics industry is facing significant problems with stagnant growth rate ,absence of skilled force also with the industry evolving in terms of technology and  demand for expansion ,firstly the problems need to be sorted out  so as to cope up with the industry pace To sort the problems one such stop solution is the phenomenon of reskilling. To make logistics HR / industry professionals educate on the importance of reskilling relating to the overall growth of the industry and the reskilling strategies that can be adopted to create a well rounded skilled workforce the article was written.
