This paper seeks to explore the relationship between fintech adoption in the banking sector and its impact on customer satisfaction. It investigates how digital advancements are reshaping customer experiences, identifies key fintech components influencing satisfaction, and evaluates the challenges banks face during implementation. By examining both customer and institutional perspectives, this study aims to provide comprehensive insights into the effectiveness of fintech integration as a tool for enhancing service quality in the modern banking ecosystem. Fintech integration has enabled banks to enhance accessibility, automate processes, and create more customer-centric services. Digital tools such as mobile applications, digital wallets, and blockchain-based services have significantly increased the speed and efficiency of transactions while reducing human error (Gomber et al., 2018).
