In the context that higher education in Vietnam is facing the requirement of fundamental and comprehensive innovation to meet social needs and increasing competitive pressures, student satisfaction has become an important measure reflecting the quality of training and the prestige of educational institutions. The study aims to examine the relationship between training programs and learning support systems and student satisfaction at Thanh Dong University. Using 238 survey samples and quantitative analysis methods such as reliability testing, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multivariate linear regression, the results show that both training programs and learning support systems have a positive impact on student satisfaction at Thanh Dong University.
