The Correlation Between Work Environment And Organizational Support On Employee Loyalty In Government-Link Property Companies (Glpc) In Klang Valley, Malaysia

Employee loyalty is important for accelerating the improvement and development of property organisations, particularly those categorised as Government-Link Property Companies (“GLPC”). The success of GLPC is mostly influenced by employee satisfaction. Hence, conducting research on the correlation between work environment and organizational support with employee loyalty in GLPC will contribute to the improvement of the organisation. It is anticipated that a direct correlation exists between work environment and organizational support with employee loyalty within GLPC in Klang Valley, Malaysia. Therefore, the main objective of this research is to investigate the correlation between work environment and organizational support (independent variables) on employee loyalty (dependent variable) in GLPC. The research methodology is a quantitative research method. Which in turn, will be conducted by collecting data through a survey questionnaire and 365 respondents answered the questionnaires. The results showed a positive correlation between work environment and organizational support on employee loyalty in GLPC in Klang Valley, Malaysia.
